Timed intervals will blast calories, but don’t worry - there is recovery, too! We use weights and bodyweight cardio moves for a full body power pump.

Muscle Max: Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle. Supersets using a variety of weight training equipment to change the shape of your body and body weight plyometrics to keep your heart rate up- no muscle gets neglected! Tuesday is Upper Body Muscle Max & Thursday is Lower Body Muscle Max.

Circuit: A method of physical conditioning in which one moves from one exercise to another, in a series of different stations. Core, plyo, and strength exercises for a full body workout. You'll move around each station and workout different muscle groups. You'll work hard and test both your cardio and strength for an all-round challenge.

Kickboxing: Intense kickboxing + combinations of punches, kicks, blocks, etc. A great way to learn a few self-defense moves as well. The ultimate cardio challenge that is super high energy and set to motivating music to enhance the fun factor.

CIZE Live: You don't need to know how to dance to get a great workout. You will develop better coordination, rhythm, flexibility and most importantly, self-expression! Choreographed to the hottest hip-hop sounds, this class is a great way to build confidence, self-esteem and give you that little bit of ‘swagger’ in your walk. Just let yourself go and lose yourself in the music! All you need to bring is your energy and a smile!

FIT & ABLE Seniors: A community of seniors and older adults for a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. A complete evaluation is completed for every attendee before beginning classes. The workout combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance (strength) training, while standing, sitting or both with plenty of friendly fun.
